Water Purifier
What are the advantages of a Direct Flow water purifier?
Direct Flow water purifiers instantaneously purify water using efficient, high-flow-rate filtration systems. Water is filtered the moment the filtration system is activated. Furthermore, the filtration system turns on only when water is needed, making it more energy-efficient compared to water purifiers that consume energy filling up a large reservoir. Lastly, its tankless build allows it to be compact and space-efficient.
What is the faucet installation option?
Only certain products are compatible with a separate faucet installation option.
- Installation of a separatie faucet requires a down payment of $100 and an additional $3 dollars added to your monthly rental fee.
- If your water purifier is already installed, you will be charged $30 for the installation service for the faucet.
My water tastes strange.
Your water may taste off right after a filter replacement. This is because new filters are vacuum sealed and stored. In order to prevent this, we recommend that you flush the new filters out with room temperature water for at least ten minutes, and wait a few hours before dispensing water to drink.
How do I correctly store my water purifier for a prolonged period of time?
Take the following steps to correctly store your water purifier for prolonged periods of time:
- Close the valve on the water purifier.
- Close the inlet valve.
- If your product has a tank, completely drain the water.
- Unplug the power cord and store in a dark, dry place.
- When using the product after it has been stored for a prolonged period of time, flush the product for at least ten minutes before use.
Can I have a CUCKOO water purifier installed if groundwater is the only water source?
You can have a CUCKOO water purifier installed as long as you are requesting installation in a CUCKOO service area. However, you can only have RO water purifiers installed.

Air Purifier
There are unpleasant odors coming from my CUCKOO air purifier.
The rubber packaging around the motor may give off an odor during use. This is normal for newly purchase units and should disappear around 1 to 2 months of use. This is similar to the smell of new cars or electronics.
My CUCKOO air purifier is not operating.
First, check if the power cord is properly plugged in. If your air purifier is not operating after a filter replacement, please check if the filters have been properly installed and the filter door is completely shut.
The motor is operating at the lowest level despite the display indicating high pollution levels.
If your product is set to Sleep Mode, the motor will operate at the lowest level regardless of pollution levels. Set the product to Auto Mode.
The motor is not working.
If no pollution has been detected for a prolonged period of time, your air purifier will stop operating. If pollution is detected, the air purifier will begin operating automatically.
How do I know if the air purifier I am purchasing is a good fit for my house?
CUCKOO air purifiers are CA certified and have a verified coverage area. Refer to the coverage area before purchasing.
Bidet
How do I clean the nozzle?
Press the Nozzle Clean Button to expose the nozzle. Then, take a toothbrush & a cleaning agent (toothpaste, vinegar, etc.) and brush the nozzle. Although the Nozzle Clean Function uses sterilization water to clean itself, it is recommended to brush the nozzle regularly for an even more hygienic experience.
My CUCKOO bidet is not operating.
Check if the unit has been switched on and properly plugged in. Check if there is a blackout or if the circuit breaker is down.
The water pressure is too weak.
Check if the water pressure on the bidet is set to “Low”. If it is, change it to a higher power setting. Also, check if the filter replacement period has passed, as low water pressure may be caused by an old filter.

What is 3D massage chair?
The 3D massage chair operates on the X, Y, and Z axes, using advanced technology to create a lifelike human massage experience. The massage rollers in a 3D massage chair move up and down, left and right, and in and out to reach deeper into your back. You can easily adjust the intensity level ranging from gentle touch to deep tissue massage.
What is 4D massage chair?
The 4D massage chair massages the shoulders, arms, calves, and feet more precisely to relax the whole body without clumping with its rollers that move up, down, left and right, back and forth. Its speed variability and control also increase the massage quality and provide a luxurious, customized massage experience.
What is the difference between 3D and 4D Massage Chairs?
Both 3D and 4D massage chairs offer a high degree of customization of the massage experience. 3D Massage Chairs Utilize rollers that move in three dimensions: up and down, side to side, and in and out. Users can adjust the intensity of the rollers, making it feel like a human masseuse providing a deeper and more personalized massage 4D Massage Chairs Take the 3D concept further by adding an extra dimension of variable speed and incorporating various massage styles. This results in an even more advanced and tailored massage experience.
How long is too long in a massage chair?
It is recommended to use a massage chair for 20 minutes at a time.
Is it OK to fall asleep in a massage chair?
It is recommended to NOT fall asleep while using the product. Read more about the safety instructions in the User Manual.
What is Zero Gravity massage?
Zero gravity massage creates a “weightless” sensation by reclining your whole body. Imperator Champion 4D Massage Chair's zero gravity modes offer customizable recline angles to suit your preferences.
What is SL Frame?
SL frame is developed to follow the curves of body from the neck to the waist and thighs, provides a more snug massage experience.
- S Frame - Gently cares for the curved areas from the neck to the waist.
- L Frame - Smoothly connects from the waist to the lower body.

Filters & Service
What is the difference between self-installation filters and visit-installation filters?
For maximum customer satisfaction, CUCKOO RENTAL AMERICA provides free filter related services for customers with active rental contracts. You can choose between two types of services: self-installation and visit-installation. Even if you purchased your product as a one-time payment, you can still use the filter services through the Package Plan and a Service Plus subscription.
- Self-Installation: During your contract period, Self-Installation Replacement Filters will be sent to you via mail.
- Visit-Installation: During your contract period, a service technician will visit to install your filters.

Rental Plan & After-Purchase
What is the Package Plan and Service Plus?
You can sign up for the Package Plan or Service Plus if you purchased the unit as a one-time payment or if you received ownership of the unit after the end of your rental contract.
- Package Plan: Replacement Filters sent directly to your doorstep
- Service Plus: Service Installations and product repairs free of charge
Do I receive ownership of the product after my rental contract has ended?
- 5/6 Year Rental Contracts: You receive ownership of the product once the contract term has ended.
- 2/3 Year Rental Contracts: Your monthly rental fee decreases once the contract term has ended.
- For All Contract Types: You can choose to receive ownership of the unit through a one-time payment at any point in your rental contract
Can I transfer my rental contract to someone else?

Is there an installation fee? How long does installation take?
In CUCKOO RENTAL AMERICA service areas, installations for rented or purchased water purifiers are done free of charge.
Installations take approximately 30 minutes to an hour.
Can I get my unit reinstalled when I move?
Reinstallation services are available in the following areas:
CA, WA, NV, TX, IL, GA, AL, NJ, NY, VA, MD, CO, MA, PA, CT, DC
*Installation services may not be available in certain regions within the states listed above.
*Moving to an unserviceable region may incur a penalty charge for breach of contract

How do I change my payment information?

Can I change the term of my contract?
You can extend your contract term or purchase the unit through a one-time payment.

Can I cancel my contract or refund the product? What are the terms?
Cancelling your contract before the termination date may result in a penalty fee. For more information on contract termination, visit the page regarding shipping and refunds, or contact CUCKOO Rental America’s Customer Service Center (888-700-0425).
Product Issues and Repairs
How long is the product warranty?
Rental products are covered by the product warranty during the entirety of the rental term.
The warranty period for a product purchased through one-time payment is one year.
How do I request for help regarding product issues and repairs?
