All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

For orders sent to the contiguous United States and with a total lower than $99, there will be a $5 - $25 shipping fee dependent on the weight of the product(s).

For orders with a total more than $99 and/or being sent to areas outside of the contiguous U.S., refer to the below chart.

 - United States (*Exceptions Apply) : Free (for orders of $99 or more)

 - Alaska, Guam, Hawaii : $75

Return and Refund

Step 1. Contact Customer Service 
All returns must be pre-approved by Cuckoo Rental America Customer Service.
Before shipping your item back, please contact our customer service team first to request a return authorization.

Step 2. Check the Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was  received.

Step 3. Confirm Item Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Step 4. Ship the Item Back
Once your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Please ship the item following the instructions provided by customer service

Step 5. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt
  • Initial delivery shipping costs will be deducted from your refund


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not make price adjustments or offer price matching on previous purchases. 

When discounted promo codes are offered, you MUST apply them to your cart to receive the respective discount. We do not offer post-purchase partial refunds of any amount if the desired promo code is not properly applied to your order before order placement. In such cases, we advise you to cancel the order and place a new order with the eligible promo code applied.
