Expansion of Cuckoo Repair Centers in the USA, Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
The top South Korea home appliance brand, Cuckoo, is demonstrating its responsiveness to customer feedback and embracing change. Cuckoo USA has expanded its product repair services to eight regions in the western United States since last month.
The repairable products at Cuckoo's USA service centers include rice cookers, water purifiers, and air purifiers. To achieve this, Cuckoo recruited specialized technicians in the respective regions and provided them with training, and they have been gradually deployed for service starting from May.

Cuckoo USA has received much love from consumers, especially for its Cuckoo rice cookers, among other Cuckoo products. However, there have been complaints about difficulties in receiving after-sales service (AS) for Cuckoo products purchased in the USA. In response to customer feedback, Cuckoo USA has decided to introduce and expand official repair centers to provide customers with a more convenient experience using Cuckoo products.
For customers who require repairs for their Cuckoo products, they can now submit their service requests at the designated repair centers without incurring additional shipping costs.
After submitting a service request, customers will receive a message when the repair is completed, and they can simply visit the respective store to retrieve their repaired product. Currently, the repair process takes approximately two weeks after the service request, but Cuckoo plans to further reduce this timeframe in the future. The official Cuckoo repair centers will expand from the western region to the eastern regions, including New York and New Jersey.

All Cuckoo products come with a one-year warranty, and customers can receive free service within the warranty period. However, some parts such as inner pots and water receptacle trays are excluded.
