Before using the product, make sure to read the "User Manual" to use it accurately. After reading it, please keep it in a place where people who use the product can access it anytime.
Caution: This product is for household use, and other uses (industrial, experimental, etc.) are prohibited. In order to use this product for a long time without malfunctioning, please read this User Manual.

About Power

Make sure to use it on an outlet exclusively for 120V~ and the current rating of 15A or greater that can be grounded, and do not insert power plugs of several products in a single outlet at the same time.
- If you use it with a lot of products, this may cause a fire or an electric shock. Please check the power outlet regularly.
- If it is not properly grounded, this may cause electric shock due to a short circuit.
- If there is a foreign substance or moisture on the Power Plug, wipe it thoroughly before use.

※ After cleaning, rinse with clean water at least three times to ensure all cleaning water is removed.
※ After dispensing cleaning water, some may remain in the sink faucet valve. Run the faucet for about 3 seconds to flush it out.

During Use
This product is designed exclusively for 120V~. Be sure to use an outlet rated for 120V~ that is properly grounded.
When using an extension cord (such as a multi-power outlet), do not connect any other devices to the same cord.
Failure to properly ground the unit may result in electric shock or a short circuit.
Always use the product with proper grounding.

How to Install the Product
Video Tutorial

- Install the Tap Water Supply Valve and turn it to CLOSE.
- Please make sure that you use tap water from the water supply. Do not use other water sources, such as groundwater.
- Connect the Tap Water Supply Hose to the inlet and the Drain Hose to the drain.
- (When installing the sink faucet) Connect the sink faucet connection hose, sink faucet dispensing hose and cleansing water hose to the sink faucet connection area.
- Fix the Drain Hose so that water discharged from the hose does not splash to the surroundings.
- Do not place the Drain Hose above the installation surface or connect it to the water purifier over a distance of 9.8ft(3m) or greater.
- When connecting the drain hose to the drain while letting the hose touch the floor of the kitchen, etc., do not lift it 11.8in(30cm) or higher from the floor.
- Turn the Tap Water Supply Valve to OPEN.
- Connect the power.
- Use the Auto Filter Cleaning function to clean the filter.
After the installation has completed, please check if water leaks from the tube connecting parts.

※ In order to guarantee the optimum performance of the product, consult with the technician of our company about the detailed method of installation.
※ The water used for inspection process during production of the product may remain inside the product. Do not worry as it is not a used product.
※ When installing the product, do not reuse the Tap Water Supply Valve and the tubes that were used before.
Checklist Before Use
- Open the Tap Water Supply Valve.
- Open the Tap Water Supply Valve, and check if there is water leak on each connection part.
- Tap Water Supply Valves and water (inlet) and drain of the product
- Turn the Close lever of the filter door on the right side of the product to the CLOSE direction.
- Water is supplied to the water purifier.
- Connect the power.
- This product is exclusively for USA:120V / Australia:230V. Please make sure to plug it into a proper outlet.
- Empty out the tray on a regular basis.
- Exchange and manage the filter on a regular basis.
- Please clean and replace the filters regularly so that you can always enjoy pure and clean water.

How To Use
How to Set Cold Water Function
- Please be on standby and then press the [Cold Water] button for 3 seconds.
- After 3 seconds, Enter the Cold Water Temperature Setting Mode.
- While the [Cold Water] button is pressed, the Voice Guide announces "Selecting Cold Water Function."
- When entering Cold Water Temperature Setting Mode.
- The Voice Guide announces "Cold Water Temperature Setting Mode." and "Function setting is available by pressing the blinking button."
- The display located top of the product shows the current cold water temperature level.

- Press the [Cold Water] button to set the Cold Water Temperature Level.
- Can change current cold water level setting by pressing cold water button each time Ex) "1" → "2" → "3" → "OFF" → "1" →. Level "3" is default.
- After selecting the desired cold water function, press the [Dispense] button to save.
- Voice Guide announces "Set-Up completed."
※ It is possible to dispense cold water in a stable manner about 1 hour after the Cold Water Function is turned on.
※ The function is initially set to be ON on the product.
How To Dispense Cold Water
- Press the [Room Temperature Water/Cold Water] button and select Cold Water.
- The Voice Guide will say "Cold Water."
- How to Dispense Fixed Quantity
- select the desired quantity from among the buttons of "Half Cup," "One Cup", "Two Cups" and "Non-Stop."
- Press the [Dispense] button once. Cold water will be dispensed
- When the selected quantity of water is dispensed, the water dispensing will end.
- If you press the [Dispense] button or any other button while the product is dispensing a fixed quantity of water, the water dispensing will end.
- How to Dispense Manually
- press the [Dispense] button. Cold water will be dispensed.
- If you keep pressing the [Dispense] button for two seconds or longer, the product will be changed into the Manual Dispensing status.
- The Voice Guide will say "Water dispensing during pressing"
- If you stop pressing the [Dispense] button during the Manual Dispensing, the water dispensing will end.
- While cold water is being dispensed, a blue light is turned on at the outlet.
- (When the Mood function is turned OFF, the lamp will not be turned ON.)
How To Use Room Temperature Water
- Press the [Room Temperature Water] button and select [Room Temperature Water].
- The Voice Guide will say "Room Temperature Water."
- How to Dispense Fixed Quantity
- Select the desired amount using the buttons for "Half Cup," "One Cup," "Two Cups," or "Non-Stop."
- Press the [Dispense] button once. The room temperature water will be dispensed.
- Dispensing will automatically stop once the selected quantity is reached.
- If you press the [Dispense] button or any other button while dispensing a fixed amount, the water will stop immediately.
- How to Dispense Manually
- If you press the [Dispense] button or any other button while dispensing a fixed amount, the water will stop immediately.
- Press and hold the [Dispense] button for 2 seconds or more to switch to Manual Dispensing mode.
- The Voice Guide will say "Water dispensing during pressing."
- Releasing the [Dispense] button in Manual mode will stop the water flow.
- While room temperature water is being dispensed, a green light turns on at the outlet. (When the Mood function is turned OFF, the lamp will not turn on.)

How to Use Hidden Button Function
- If you're short-handed or water begins to overflow, press the Hidden button to immediately stop water dispensing.
- Pressing the area indicated by the arrow will stop dispensing Whether it's room temperature or cold water.
How to Use Cleansing Water Lock
- Press and hold the [Cleansing Water] button for about 3 seconds in Standby Mode to activate the Cleansing Water Lock. (Once activated, the Cleansing Water button cannot be used.)
- If the [Cleansing Water] button is pressed while locked, "Loc_" will be displayed and the Voice Guide will say "Locking cleansing water."
- To cancel the lock, press and hold the [Cleansing Water] button again for about 3 seconds. "Un_Loc_" will be displayed and the lock will be released.
How to Use Cleansing Water (when installing a sink faucet valve)
- Click the [Cleansing Water] button and select cleansing water.
- When pressed, the [Cleansing Water] indicator will light up.
- The Voice Guide will say "Cleansing water mode is selected."
- Once the sink faucet lever is opened, cleansing water is dispensed.
- How to End the Dispensing of Cleansing Water.
- Press the [Cleansing Water] button. The display lamp will turn off.
- The Voice Guide will say "Cleansing water mode canceled."
- Close the sink faucet lever.
- The Voice Guide will say "Start sink faucet line cleaning."
- Once complete, the Voice Guide will say "Sink faucet line cleaning completed."
How to Properly Cleanse Fruits and Vegetables
· Remove dirt and other foreign substances before cleansing.
· Soak items in cleansing water for about 5 minutes.
· Rinse thoroughly with clean water at least 3 times to remove any remaining cleansing water.
※ Cleansing water is not for drinking. Prevent anyone from consuming it. (CUCKOO cleansing water complies with the "Drinking Water Management Act" and is safe for use, but should not be ingested.)
※ You can adjust the sink faucet lever to control the concentration of cleansing water.
How to Use Self Cleaning Reservation Function
- If the [Self Clean/Timer] display lamp is ON in Standby Mode, the Self Cleaning Reservation function is activated.
- If the [Self Clean/Timer] lamp is OFF, press the [Self Clean/Timer] button to activate it.
- The Voice Guide will say "Self cleaning set-up completed."
- The [Self Clean/Timer] display lamp will turn ON.
- To cancel the Self Cleaning Reservation, press the [Self Clean/Timer] button while the lamp is ON.
- The Voice Guide will say "Self cleaning reservation canceled."
- The [Self Clean/Timer] display lamp will turn OFF.
※ While Self Cleaning is in progress, do not dispense water through the sink faucet.
How to Move Faucet
<Move up and down>
Gently lift or lower the faucet to adjust its height.
<Move front and back>
Slide the faucet forward or backward as needed for positioning.
How to Use Power Save Function
This feature reduces standby power and dims the display lamps to save energy.
- To activate Energy Save Mode When the [Energy Save/Setting] display lamp is OFF, press the [Energy Save/Setting] button.
- The [Energy Save/Setting] display lamp will turn ON, and within one second, all display lamps will turn off.
- The Voice Guide will say "Energy-Eye Function Selected."
- If the night detection sensor senses darkness for an extended time, Energy Save Mode will turn off all display lamps except the [Dispense] display and mood lamp.
- While Energy Save Mode is active, pressing a button will temporarily turn on the display. (If no button is pressed for a while, the lamps will turn off again.)
- To cancel Energy Save Mode When the [Energy Save/Setting] display lamp is ON, press the [Energy Save/Setting] button again.
- The [Energy Save/Setting] lamp will turn OFF, and within one second, all display lamps will turn on.
- The Voice Guide will say "Energy-Eye Function Canceled."
How to Change Dispensing Volume
- Press the [Energy Save/Setting] button for 3 seconds in Standby Mode.
- The product will enter the User Setting mode.
- Press the [Cleansing Water] button:
- 3 times for One Cup Dispensing Volume
- 4 times for Half Cup Dispensing Volume The Voice Guide will say "One cup or half cup dispensing volume setting mode."
- Press the [Energy Save/Setting] button to enter the dispensing volume setting mode.
- Press the [Lock] button to set a desired dispensing volume.
- Each time you press the button, the Display will repeat changing from 0 (Standard) to Up and Down.

- The Voice Guide will say "Set-up completed."
How to Change Voice Volume
- Press and hold the [Energy Save/Setting] button for 3 seconds in Standby Mode.
- The product will enter User Setting mode.
- Press the [Cleansing Water] button five times.
- The Voice Guide will say "Voice volume setting mode."
- Press the [Cleansing Water] button again to enter the Voice Volume Setting Mode.
- Press the [Lock] button to adjust the voice volume level.
- Each press changes the level by one step from the current setting. Example sequence: Level 4 → Level 5 → OF_1 → OF_2 → Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3
- To set maximum volume, choose Level 5.
- To mute the Voice Guide, select OF_1.
- Press the [Energy Save/Setting] button to save your selection.
- The Voice Guide will say "Set-up completed."
※ The Voice Guide is not available between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM and only works while cleansing water is dispensed or in User Setting mode.
How to Check Filter Usage
- Replacement alarm through 3-color LED (mood lamp) at the outlet.
- No LED display → Sky blue → Yellow → Orange (As the usage of filters increases, the color changes consecutively.)
- During dispensing, a replacement alarm is given via voice guidance:
- The Voice Guide will say "Filter replacement is required" during dispensing. e.g.) In case of the first dispensing, the Voice Guide will say it only once a day.
- When this message is heard, contact the service center and replace the filter.
How to use the Immediate Faucet Cleaning function when a cleansing cup is detected
- Press the [Energy Save/Setting] button for 3 seconds in Standby Mode.
- The product will enter the User Setting mode.
- After entering the User Setting mode, press the [Cleansing Water] button eleven times.
- The Voice Guide will say "Self-cleaning function set-up mode".
- Press the [Energy Save/Setting] button to enter the Immediate Cleansing setup mode.
- Press the [Lock] button to set the Immediate Cleansing function ON/OFF when a cleansing cup is detected.
- It repeats ON/OFF every time the button is pressed. e.g.) ON → OFF → ON → OFF → …
- Once the desired setting is selected, press the [Energy Save/Setting] button to confirm.
- The Voice Guide will say "Set-up completed".
※ When this function is enabled, faucet cleaning will start automatically when a cleansing cup is detected.

How to Clean the Tray
- Detach the Tray
- Hold and gently pull the tray toward the front of the product to remove it.
- ※ Pull the tray slowly with both hands. Pulling too forcefully may cause water to spill.
- Detach the Tray Grille
- Remove the Tray Grille by lifting it from the hole at the center.
- Clean the Tray
- Discard any stagnant water and wipe the tray thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- Reassemble the Tray
- After cleaning, reattach the tray in the reverse order.
How to Clean the Main Body
- Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
- Before wiping, enable the Button Lock function to prevent accidental operation during cleaning.
- If the unit is heavily soiled, use a lightly dampened cloth. (Do not use benzene, thinner, or abrasive cleaners.)
- Remove the pre-filter from the bottom of the unit for cleaning.
- Wash it with water, then dry and reassemble it. Failure to clean the pre-filter regularly may reduce cooling performance.

How To Replace the Filters (Only use CUCKOO Water Purifier filters.)
※ The filter door detection sensor is active. Do not unplug the power cord while replacing the filter.
- Turn the Close lever on the right side of the filter door to the OPEN position.
- This shuts off the water supply to prevent water flow during filter replacement.
- Detach the filter door.
- After removing the door, do not forcibly turn the Close lever—it may damage the product.
- If the door does not open, ensure the Close lever is fully turned to the OPEN position.
- Lift and then pull the filter to remove it.
- While the Voice Guide is playing, any remaining pressure inside the pipe will be released.
- When replacing the filter, some water may drip depending on the environment. Wipe off any excess water after replacement..
- Insert the filter as shown in the image and then push it into the filter case to connect.
- Filters must be installed in the correct order: Carbon Composite first, then Nano Positive Plus 3.0 (from right to left).
- Ensure each filter is securely and correctly inserted into the case.
- Lock the filter door as shown in the image.
- The groove at the bottom must be accurately aligned for smooth installation.
- Turn the Close lever on the right side of the filter door to the CLOSE position.
- This restores the water supply to the purifier.
- Once the product is in Standby Mode, run the Automatic Filter Cleaning function to clean the filter.
- ※ If the Voice Guide says "Please check raw water inlet" during filter cleaning, turn the Close lever on the right side of the filter door to the CLOSE position.
