Filter Replacement Cycle/ Recommendations/Filter Layout Diagram
Filter Replacement Cycle
The filter replacement cycle is set based on a daily household usage of 10 L the cycle may be affected by tap water quality.
| Filter name | Estimated replacement cycle |
|---|---|
| Sediment 3.0 Filter | 1,800L / 6months |
| Pre Carbon Block 2.0 Filter | 1,800L / 6months |
| Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter | 3,600L / 12months |
| Natural 3.0 Filter | 3,600L / 12months |
Recommendations
Effective purification capacity
It refers to the minimum treatment capacity where contaminants are effectively removed without cleaning, regenerating, or replacing the filter inside the water purifier.
Filter replacement cycle
The filter replacement cycle indicates the expected lifespan during which the filter is anticipated to perform optimally. This duration is determined through a meticulous examination of the filters.
The cycle is calculated based on a daily usage of approximately 10 L (serving drinking water for 4 people) sourced from tap water. If the usage is higher, the replacement cycle may be shorter.
As for reverse osmosis filters, the filtered output is 20% to 40% of the incoming tap water (based on a water temperature of 25°C and tap water pressure of 0.34 MPa). This may vary depending on tap water temperature and pressure.
