Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

For orders sent to the contiguous United States and with a total lower than $99, there will be a $5 - $25 shipping fee dependent on the weight of the product(s).

For orders with a total more than $99 and/or being sent to areas outside of the contiguous U.S., refer to the below chart.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date or 7 days from the date on which you received the installation service. To confirm whether your item is returnable and exchangeable, check your invoice or email confirmation.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging (unopened)

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

If the product box has been opened, if the item has been installed, or if the item has unclaimed damages, a 20% open box fee will be applied. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund. A $50 restocking fee will be assessed on unopened box returns (per unit).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We do not make price adjustments or offer price matching on previous purchases.

When discounted promo codes are offered, you MUST apply them to your cart to receive the respective discount. We do not offer post-purchase partial refunds of any amount if the desired promo code is not properly applied to your order before order placement.
