- Clean electric water purifier: You may drink water, which has passed a filter in an instantaneous cooling, heating or purification method, as cold, hot or room temperature water.
- Efficient hot water system: By applying the method that allows you to instantly heat up water and create hot water depending on a user's needs, the waste of energy has been minimized.
- Button Lock/Functional Lock: To prevent potential accidents as a result of product misuse by children or the elderly, Button Lock and Functional Lock (hot water, cleansing water) have been added.
- Double leakage prevention system: Water leaks that may occur while using the product are detected and shut off to enable a safe use of the water purifier.
- Fixed-amount and nonstop flow function: Cold water, hot water and purified water can be conveniently discharged for a fixed amount or continuously.
- Cooking water valve (Optional): Installation of the cooking valve enables convenient usage of purified water even in the kitchen.

About Power

Make sure to use it on an outlet exclusively for 120 V and the current rating of 15A or greater that can be grounded, and do not insert power plugs of several products in a single outlet at the same time.
- If you use it with a lot of products, this may cause a fire or an electric shock. Please check the power outlet regularly.
- If it is not properly grounded, this may cause electric shock due to a short circuit.
- If there is a foreign substance or moisture on the Power Plug, wipe it thoroughly before use.

- To prevent dangerous situations arising from the damage of the power cord or the power plug, please contact the manufacturer, distributor or certified technician (service staff) for replacement of the cord.
- We strongly recommend that the damaged parts be repaired at a designated service center.
- This may cause electric shock, short circuit, and fire.

When inserting or pulling out the Power Plug to and from the Power Outlet, first remove any moisture on your hands and then put in or pull out the Power Plug when holding it.

Close tap water valve when not using the product for a long time. Close the valve, empty out the refrigerant tank and pull out the power plug.
- Before reuse, fill it with water and then empty it out or run the Immediate Cleansing function. Before reuse, refer to the 'Checklist Before Use'.

About Installation

Make sure that the length of the Tap Water Supply Tube doesn't exceed 16.4ft(5m) from the Tap Water Supply Valve.

- If you do not do so, it may cause poor performance of the product.

Do not lift the drain hose, which is connected to the product, over the surface where the product is installed, and do not connect it to the water purifier over a distance of 9.8ft(3m) or greater.
- The drainage function may not work smoothly.

During Use

Do not use the product by placing an electric heating appliance such as a microwave, electric oven and toaster on top of it, or place an inflammable substance such as a candle, gas container and/or lighter on the product.

※ Cleansing water is not for drinking. Prevent anyone from drinking the cleansing water.
※ Use cleansing water to clean fruits, vegetables and utensils, which are to be cleaned with a sink faucet.
※ After cleansing water is dispensed, the water still remains in the sink faucet valve so, after using the cleansing water, let the water (sink faucet) flow for about 3 seconds.

If water leaks from the inside of a product or forms a puddle in the surroundings, close the Tap Water Supply Valve, turn off the Product, pull out the power plug and contact our Customer Service Center.
- There is a risk of electric shock.

If you smell burning or see smoke arising from the product, unplug it immediately and close the Tap Water Supply Valve. After that, please contact our Customer Service Center.
- This may cause a fire.

Be careful when using high temperature water or hot water.
- Hot water (high-temperature water) may be splashed so make sure it does not come into contact with the body. (Be careful, especially, when the elderly or children use the product.)
- After stopping or terminating the dispensing of hot water (high-temperature water), some water may drip from the inside of the outlet so take out the cup after confirming it.

Cautions for Safe Use

Make sure the Cooling Water Tank Cover inside the product and the Top Cover are completely closed before use.
- It's also to keep foreign material away.

If the product has not been used for a long period of time, perform the Immediate Auto Cleansing function once before use.
- Use the Immediate Cleansing function to be able to easily clean the pipes and refrigerant tank.

If you have not used the Sink Faucet for more than a day, it can be polluted. When reusing the sink faucet, let the water flow for about 1 to 2 minutes before use.

- When you use an extension cord (such as a multi-power outlet), do not simultaneously connect any other product.
- Failure to ground may cause electric shock due to a short circuit. Be sure to only use the product after grounding.
- In the case of an outlet with a grounding terminal: When there is a grounding terminal, you can immediately use the power outlet without any extra work.
- In the case of an outlet without a grounding terminal: Check if the earth leakage breaker is installed and, if it is not installed, install one and then use the product. If there is no earth leakage breaker, it may cause a fire.

Filtration System
The 3-stage water filtration system
Featuring a multiple-stage filtration process, the water purifier can provide crisp-tasting, bottled-quality mineral water straight from your tap.
Helps filter out minute particles, invisible to the naked eye.
※ Installing a non-genuine filter or using a genuine filter for too long may deteriorate the performance of the filter.
How to Install the Product
- Install the Tap Water Supply Valve and turn it to CLOSE.
- Please make sure that you use tap water from the water supply. Do not use other water sources, such as groundwater.
- Connect the Tap Water Supply Hose to the inlet and the Drain Hose to the drain.
- (When installing the sink faucet) Connect the sink faucet connection hose, sink faucet dispensing hose and cleansing water hose to the sink faucet connection area.
- Fix the Drain Hose so that water discharged from the hose does not splash to the surroundings.
- Do not place the Drain Hose above the installation surface or connect it to the water purifier over a distance of 9.8ft(3m) or greater.
- When connecting the drain hose to the drain while letting the hose touch the floor of the kitchen, etc., do not lift it 11.8in(30cm) or higher from the floor.
- Turn the Tap Water Supply Valve to OPEN
- Connect the power.
- Use the Auto Filter Cleaning function to clean the filter.
After the installation has completed, please check if water leaks from the tube connecting parts.

※ In order to guarantee the optimum performance of the product, consult with the technician of our company about the detailed method of installation.
※ The water used for inspection process during production of the product may remain inside the product. Do not worry as it is not a used product.
※ When installing the product, do not reuse the Tap Water Supply Valve and the tubes that were used before.

- Open the Tap Water Supply Valve.
- Open the Tap Water Supply Valve, and check if there is water leak on each connection part.
- Tap Water Supply Valves and water (inlet) and drain of the product
- Open the Tap Water Supply Valve, and check if there is water leak on each connection part.
- Detach the filter cover on the front side of the product.
- Turn the filter lever in the clockwise direction.
- Connect the power plug.
- This product is exclusively for 120V and 60Hz. Make sure to connect it to an exclusive outlet.
- Empty the water tray on a regular basis.
- Replace and manage the filter on a regular basis.
- The filter must be cleaned and replaced regularly in order for you to drink clean water at all times.

To Set Functions
Glossary of Terms
It is the standby mode in which it is possible to discharge cold, purified or hot water and also discharge ice. The display lamp on the front is lit depending on the selected features.
A user may set the features by pressing the [SETTING] button for 3 seconds in the Standby mode.

Fixed-Quantity dispensing details
- After selecting [HALF CUP] and pressing the [DISPENSE] button, about 120cc of water is dispensed.
- The dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Amount of half cup dispensed : 100cc – 110cc – 120cc – 130cc – 140cc (Default : 120cc)
- After selecting [ONE CUP] and pressing the [DISPENSE] button, about 250cc of water is dispensed.
- The dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Amount of one cup dispensed : 230cc – 240cc – 250cc – 260cc – 270cc (Default : 250cc)
- After selecting [NON STOP] and pressing the [DISPENSE] button, cold water, room water and hot water are dispensed continuously.
- After pressing [NON STOP] button, the non-stop dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Hot water: 330cc – 350cc – 400cc – 450cc – 500cc (Default : 550cc)
- Cold/Room water: 300cc~2000cc (Default : 1500cc)
Manual Dispensing details
- The water is dispensed while you are pressing the [DISPENSE] button.
- Press the [DISPENSE] button for three seconds, and the product will be converted to Manual Dispensing status. And the water will be dispensed while you are pressing the [DISPENSE] button.
※ The amount dispensed may vary depending on the usage environment.
How To Set Cold Water Function
- If the Cold Water Function is turned off, press the [COLD TEMP.] button for 3 seconds to turn the function on.
- W ile the [COLD TEMP.] button is being pressed, the Voice Guide will say "Selecting Cold Water Function."
- Once the Cold Water Function is turned on, "ON" is displayed and the Voice Guide will say "Cold Water Function selected."
- If you no longer wish to use cold water while the function is turned on, press the [COLD TEMP.] button for 3 seconds to turn the function off.
- While the [COLD TEMP.] button is being pressed, the Voice Guide will say "Canceling Cold Water Function."
- Once the Cold Water Function is turned off, "OFF" is displayed and the Voice Guide will say "Cold Water Function canceled."
- If the [COLD TEMP.] button is pressed while the cold water feature is off, the voice guide says, "Press Cold button for 3 seconds to use the cold water function"
※ It is possible to dispense cold water in a stable manner about 1 hour after the Cold Water Function is turned on.
※ The function is initially set to be ON on the product.
How To Dispense Cold Water
- Press the Cold Water Button and select Cold Water.
- The Voice Guide will say "Cold Water"
- How to dispense Fixed Quantity
- Select the desired quantity from among the buttons of [HALF CUP], [ONE CUP], and [NON STOP].
- The dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Press the [DISPENSE] button once. Cold water will be dispensed
- When the selected quantity of water is dispensed, the water dispensing will end.
- If all buttons except the [ICE DISCHARGE] button are pressed during the dispense of a fixed amount of water, the dispense is terminated.
- How to Dispense Manually
- press the [DISPENSE] button. Cold water will be dispensed.
- If you keep pressing the [DISPENSE] button for two seconds or longer, the product will be changed into the Manual Dispensing status.
- The Voice Guide will say "Water dispensing during pressing"
- If you stop pressing the [DISPENSE] button during the Manual Dispensing, the water dispensing will end.
- While cold water is being dispensed, a blue light is turned on at the outlet.
- (When the Mood function is turned OFF, the lamp will not be turned ON.)
How To Use Room Temperature Water
- Press the [ROOM TEMP.] button and select Room Temperature Water.
- The Voice Guide will say "Room Temperature Water."
- How to dispense Fixed Quantity
- Select the desired quantity from among the buttons of [HALF CUP], [ONE CUP], and [NON STOP].
- The dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Press the [DISPENSE] button once. Room temperature water will be dispensed.
- When the selected quantity of water is dispensed, the water dispensing will end.
- If all buttons except the [ICE DISCHARGE] button are pressed during the dispense of a fixed amount of water, the dispense is terminated.
- How to Dispense Manually
- Press the [DISPENSE] button. The room temperature water will be dispensed.
- If you keep pressing the [DISPENSE] button for two seconds or longer, the product will be changed into the Manual Dispensing status.
- The Voice Guide will say "Water dispensing during pressing".
- If you stop pressing the [DISPENSE] button during the Manual Dispensing, the water dispensing will end.
- While room temperature water is being dispensed, a green light is turned on at the outlet.
- (When the Mood function is turned OFF, the Lamp will not be turned ON.)
How to Use High-temperature Water (when using boiled, Extra Hot Water)
How to Use High-temperature Water
- Press the [EXTRA HOT/HOT TEMP.] button and select High-temperature Water.
- The Voice Guide will say "Boiling water".
- Select the Extra Hot Water and press the [DISPENSE] button to dispense Extra Hot Water.
- When pressing [DISPENSE] button, extra hot water is dispensed.
- During dispensing of extra hot water, dispensing will terminate if any button other than [DISPENSE] button is pressed.
- ※ When dispensing extra hot water, the sound of boiling water may be heard.
- When using Extra Hot Water, be careful not to get a burn.
- ※ Take out the cup after confirming that water dispensing has been complete.
- ※ Some water may drip from the inside of the cork after dispensing ends but this is not a malfunction so be careful of potential burns.
- ※ Be careful during control as repeated use for a long period of time may heat up the outlet.
- The temperature shown on the product's display panel is the temperature of the section where Extra Hot Water is heated. The temperature may vary depending on the surrounding environment and usage conditions.
How to Use Hot Water Temperature Function (Custom Hot Water)
- After pressing the [EXTRA HOT/HOT TEMP.] button, the dispensing temperature can be adjusted by using the dial.
- ※ 40℃ ↔ 50℃ ↔ 60℃ ↔ 70℃ ↔ 80℃ ↔ 100℃
- Select the hot water temperature and press the [DISPENSE] button to dispense hot water at the selected temperature.
- During dispensing of hot water, dispensing will terminate if any button other than [ICE DISCHARGE] button is pressed.
- Display on display panel during fixed quantity dispensing
- - 100°C : Display of temperature on the heated section
- - 40°C ~ 80°C : Display of remaining dispensing flow
- How to Dispense Fixed Quantity
- Select the desired quantity from among the buttons of [HALF CUP], [ONE CUP], and [NON STOP].
- The dispensing volume can be adjusted by using the dial.
- Press the [Dispense] button once. After preheating, the hot water will be dispensed.
- When the selected quantity of water is dispensed, the water dispensing will end.
- During fixed quantity dispensing, dispensing will terminate if any button other than [ICE DISCHARGE] button is pressed.
- How to Dispense Manually
- Press the [DISPENSE] button. Hot water will be dispensed.
- If you keep pressing the [DISPENSE] button for two seconds or longer, the product will be changed to the Manual Dispensing status.
- The Voice Guide will say "Water dispensing during pressing".
- If you stop pressing the [DISPENSE] button during the Manual Dispensing, the water dispensing will end.
- While hot water is being dispensed, a red light is turned on at the outlet.
- (When the Mood function is turned OFF, the lamp will not be turned ON.)
- ※ There is a risk of burns due to spattering of water. Thus, please put the cup near the faucet.
To use the ice-making (ice creation) feature
- It can be used if the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] display lamp is lit.
- ※ During the initial activation of the product, it is set in the Standard Ice-making mode.
- If the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] display lamp is off, press the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] button for about 3 seconds.
- The [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] display lamp is lit to begin ice making (ice creation).
- If the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] display lamp is off, press the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] button for about 3 seconds.
- The [Ice Making] button indicator turns off and stops ice making.
- When the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] display lamp is lit, high-speed ice-making can be used by pressing the [ICE MAKING/QUICK MODE] button for 1 second.
※ High-speed ice-making
Ice is created by reducing the high-speed ice-making time by about 30%.
- The size of the ice may differ when using high-speed ice-making.
- Frequent changes of the ice-making mode may deteriorate the quality of ice.
To use ice
- To discharge ice
- Press the [ICE DISCHARGE] button. Ice is discharged.
- If the finger is removed from the [ICE DISCHARGE] button during a discharge, it is terminated.
- Once ICE MAKING function is selected, ice can be discharged after about 30 minutes.
- Depending on the ice volume, the color of the ice volume display lamp will change.

How to Use Cleansing Water (when installing a sink faucet valve)
- Click the [CLEANSING WATER] button and select cleansing water.
- Once the [CLEANSING WATER] button is pressed, the [CLEANSING WATER] button display lamp is turned on
- The Voice Guide will say "Cleansing water mode is selected."
- Once the sink faucet lever is opened, cleansing water is dispensed.
- How to end the dispensing of cleansing water
- ※ When press the [CLEANSING WATER] button.
- Once the [CLEANSING WATER] button is pressed, the [CLEANSING WATER] button display lamp is turned off.
- The Voice Guide will say "Cleansing water mode cancelled."
- ※ When close the sink faucet lever.
- Close the sink faucet lever.
- The Voice Guide will say "Start sink faucet line cleaning."
- After cleansing is complete, the Voice Guide will say "Sink faucet line cleaning completed".
※ How to correctly cleanse fruits and vegetables
▶ Remove dirt and other foreign substances prior to cleansing, and immerse in cleansing water for about 5 minutes.
▶ After cleansing, wash with clean water for over 3 times so that the cleansing water is completely removed.
※ Cleansing water is not for drinking. Prevent anyone from drinking the cleansing water. (CUCKOO cleansing water is being managed within the standard scope of the "Drinking Water Management Act" so do not worry about using it but try to avoid drinking it.)
How to use the Immediate Faucet Cleaning function when a cleansing
- Place the Self Cleaning Cup.
- The voice guide says, "Self Cleaning Cup detected"
- Press the [FAUCET CLEANING] button for about 3 seconds in Standby Mode.
- Once the Immediate Self Cleaning begins, the Voice Guide will say "Start Faucet cleaning"
- The [SELF CLEANING] button display lamp is turned on and the progress of cleansing is displayed.
- To cancel the cleansing operation, press the [FAUCET CLEANING] button during an Self Cleaning operation.
- The Voice Guide will say "Faucet cleaning Cancelled".
- The Display Panel will show the cleansing cancellation status.
- While faucet cleaning is being cancelled, hot water is discharged through the faucet outlet to clean it so do not remove the Self Cleaning Cup.
- ※ Remove the Self Cleaning Cup upon completion of the operation.
※ While Faucet Cleaning is in progress, do not dispense water through the sink faucet.
How to Use Power Save Function
This is the function that reduces standby power and the brightness of the display lamps to save energy.
- While the [ENERGY SAVE] display lamp is turned off, press the [ENERGY SAVE] button.
- The [ENERGY SAVE] Display Lamp will be turned ON, and in 2 second, all Display Lamps will be dark.
- The Voice Guide will say "Energy-Eye Function Selected".
- In case the night time detection sensor detects darkness for over a specific period of time, the Energy Save function turns off all display lamps other than the [DISPENSE] display lamp.
- While the Energy Save function is working, if you press the button, the Display Lamps will be bright. (If the button is not pressed for a certain time, the Display Lamps will be dark again.)
- While the [ENERGY SAVE] display lamp is turned on, press the [ENERGY SAVE] button to cancel the Energy Save function.
- The [ENERGY SAVE] Display Lamp will be turned OFF, and in 2 second, all Display Lamps will be bright
- The Voice Guide will say "Energy-Eye Function Canceled".
About the Clean feature,
Cleanable the water channel cleanly with electrolytic cleansing water.
By CUCKOO's (electrolysis) Cleanness, the paths through which water flows are cleaned cleanly.
The water purifier cleans itself on a regular basis with (electrolysis) Cleansing Water. (Operation cycle: 3-10 days)
Use electrolytic cleansing water to clean ice outlet and faucet.
By CUCKOO's (electrolysis) Cleanness, even the ice outlet through which water is discharged is cleaned cleanly.
(It is possible to separately clean the ice outlet and faucet for clean control.)
How to Check Filter Usage
- Replacement alarm through 3-color LED (mood lamp) at the outlet.
- No LED display → Sky blue → Yellow → Purple
- (As the usage of filters increases, the color changes consecutively.)
- During dispensing, replacement alarm is sounded through a voice.
- The Voice Guide will say "Filter replacement is required" during dispensing. e.g.) In case of the first dispensing, the Voice Guide will say so only once a day.
- When the voice is heard, contact the Natural Manager and replace the filter.
How to use the Immediate Faucet Cleaning function when a cleansing cup is detected
- Press the [SETTING] button for 3 seconds in Standby Mode.
- The product will enter the User Setting mode.
- After entering the User Setting mode, use the dial to select the Immediate Cleansing function Mode (Step 14).
- The Voice Guide will say, "Self-cleaning function set-up mode."
- Press the [SETTING] button to enter the Immediate Cleansing function when a cleansing cup is detected.
- Use the dial to set the Immediate Cleansing function ON/OFF.
- Repeat ON and OFF every time the dial is rotated.
- e.g.) ON → OFF → ON → OFF → ···
- When a cleansing cup is detected, select the Immediate Cleansing function ON/OFF and press the [SETTING] button.
- The Voice Guide will say "Set-up completed".
※ When setting the function on, Faucet Cleaning proceeds immediately after a cleansing cup is detected.

How to Clean the Tray
- Detach the Tray
- Hold and pull the tray towards the front side of the product to separate it from the product.
※ When you pull the tray, If you strongly pull it, the water may pour out.
- Detach the Tray Grille
- Then detach the Tray Grille from the tray by taking hold of and uplifting the hole at the Grille.
- Clean the Tray
- Dispose of the stagnant water, and completely wipe it out with a soft cloth.
- Assemble the Tray
- After cleaning the tray, place it back in reserve order.
How to Clean Main Body
- Wipe out with a soft dry cloth.
- Before wiping out, set the Button Lock function to prevent an incorrect operation during cleaning.
- If the product becomes severely polluted, wipe it out with a cloth with a little moisture.
- (Do not clean the product by using benzene, thinner, or abrasive.).
How to clean the ice storage
When cleaning the ice storage, close attention is required in the disassembly and assembly process of the product. (It may cause a leakage and/or product failure.) When separation cleaning is needed, a safe service may be obtained through Cuckoo's professional service.
- Close the source water supply valve.
- Press the [ICE DISCHARGE] button to discharge all of the ice inside the ice tank.
- Pull the power plug.
- Use a driver to unfasten 2 set screws on the back of the top cover of the product, and push the top cover to remove it.
- Open the clips for fixing the ice storage cover (4) and then separate the lead wire connection (1 location) to remove the cover.
- Separate the ice creation tank, wave plate, ice guide, ice discharge device and ice storage, and wash them with clean water. Wipe the separated parts with a clean cloth, etc. and then reinstall them.
- If parts are separated by force, there is a risk of damage. Push it in the direction of the arrow to take it out.
- Use a brush or a soft cloth to wipe the inside surfaces of the ice storage.
- After installing the parts, assemble in the reverse order of disassembly
- After cleaning the parts, make sure to check if they have been properly installed. (Faulty installation may cause defects.)
- Open the source water supply valve.
- Connect the power plug on the back of the product.
How to replace the filter
How to replace the filter (Use Cuckoo's genuine filters only.)

- Close the source water supply valve.
- Separate the water tray and detach the filter cover in the direction of the arrow.
- Turn the filter lever in the counterclockwise direction and then detach the filter bracket.
- If the filter lever is not turned in the counterclockwise direction, the filter bracket cannot be detached.
- Lift the filter and pull it downward to separate it, and then replace the filter.
- The order of filters from the left: NO.2 Carbon Composite filter and NO.1 Sediment 3.0 filter and NO.3 Nano Positive Plus 3.0 filter
- Install the filter bracket, and turn the filter lever in the clockwise direction.
- If the filter bracket is not assembled, the source water cannot be supplied.
- Assemble the filter cover in the direction of the arrow, and assemble the water tray.
- Open the source water supply valve.

Filter Replacement Cycle
Filter replacement cycle refers to a period during which a filter is expected to demonstrate its inherent performance as a result of a thorough review of the filter.
This is based on tap water where the inflow water and daily usage amount is about 10L so, if the amount of usage is greater than this, the replacement cycle may become shortened.
